How much does it cost to ship?
All shipping is absolutely FREE and we ship internationally. All products will be posted via regular post and packed in protective packaging.
How long does it take?
Shipping times will be dependent on your location, public holidays and usually is around 12-20 working days. The delivery time indicated is only an estimation, it may vary depending on actual circumstances. Please also take into consideration the time taken into creating a personalised case.

Refunds
Unfortunately, refunds are not available for the following reasons:

Strictly no refund or exchange of items on such claims. unless Famous Deco Creations delivered incorrect items. Warranty
Cases come with a week warranty. In the event that the product requires a repair due to normal wear and tear, Famous Deco Creations will happily repair your case. Customers will however be required to pay for all postage and costs involved.
Our product
Please note that there may be a slightly difference in the actual piece due to computer's monitor settings, lighting's during photography, editing of the pictures and the models' figure. The real item will hold up to 90% similarity compare with the pictures. Moreover, the photos on our sites should only be used as a representation of layout and design. As each case is handmade, every effort is made to ensure the designs, items and layouts are similar to the photos shown. However, Famous Deco Creations may also replace some small parts with other parts when they are not available.
